What We Can Explore Together
Sexual concerns are human concerns. People seek support for many reasons, including:
Changes or differences in libido or desire
Sexual pain or discomfort
Difficulties with arousal or orgasm
- Working in, or being a client of, the sex industry and wanting life balance
Infidelity, trust repair, and relationship intimacy concerns
Changes in sexual connection following stress, trauma, illness, or life transitions
Sexual identity exploration and confidence
Kink-inclusive support and understanding of diverse sexual interests
Support with porn use, compulsive patterns, or shame around sexuality
Navigating non-monogamy, ENM, or open relationships
Concerns related to gender, body confidence, and self-esteem
Sexuality is deeply personal, and therapy offers a compassionate space to talk openly without judgement. Whether you are seeking clarity, comfort, education, healing, or a stronger sense of self-connection, I am here to support you.
A Supportive, Affirming Approach
My practice is evidence-informed, trauma-aware, and inclusive of LGBTQIA+ communities, sex workers, and people in kink and alternative relationship styles. You are welcome as you are, with your lived experience, preferences, and goals central to our work.
