What We Can Explore Together

Relationship therapy may support you with:

  • Strengthening communication, emotional connection, and understanding

  • Rebuilding trust, including after betrayal or infidelity

  • Deepening intimacy, sexual connection, and affection

  • Navigating differences in desire, libido, or sexual preferences

  • Resolving recurring conflict patterns or feeling “stuck”

  • Exploring relationship structures such as ENM or polyamory

  • Managing jealousy, boundaries, and agreements

  • Coping with stress, life transitions, parenting, or role changes

  • Aligning on shared values, needs, and future goals

  • Supporting mixed-desire or mixed-orientation relationships

  • Reconnecting after distance, trauma, or major life stressors

Every relationship has a unique rhythm, history, and future potential. Therapy creates space to communicate openly, repair hurts, and strengthen connection.

An Affirming, Inclusive Practice

I support relationships of all genders, orientations, and structures. My approach draws on evidence-based methods including Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT), The Gottman Method, ACT, CBT, and trauma-informed principles.

Kink-aware, LGBTQIA+-affirming, and sex-worker-inclusive — everyone is welcome here.

Begin Together

Whether you are seeking repair, renewal, or growth, we will work collaboratively to support deeper understanding, healthy communication, and more satisfying connection.

A Supportive, Affirming Approach

My practice is evidence-informed, trauma-aware, and inclusive of LGBTQIA+ communities, sex workers, and people in kink and alternative relationship styles. You are welcome as you are, with your lived experience, preferences, and goals central to our work.
